Oloodi Technologies is a Montreal-based digital product studio. We design and ship ambitious platforms for founder-investor clients and we work AI-native: our developers collaborate daily with AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, AI-assisted code reviews, automated workflows). We move at startup pace: ship fast, learn fast, iterate.

We ship a lot, fast, but great products live or die on experience. Our products deserve interfaces that feel obvious, calm, and fast. That's the gap you close: raising the craft of everything we put in front of users.
Your mission
You own the user experience across our products, from first audit to shipped pixels.
- Audit our current apps and turn friction into a clear, prioritized UX plan.
- Design flows, screens, and states, from rough idea to production-ready.
- Build and grow a lightweight design system (tokens, components, patterns) our devs can reuse.
- Prototype in code when it's faster (HTML/CSS/Tailwind, a React or Flutter component) so your intent survives the handoff.
- Pair closely with developers: you sit in the repo, review the UI in real PRs, and protect the details through to release.
- Design for AI-powered products: conversational UI, agent flows, states of uncertainty, trust and feedback.
Must-have
- A portfolio of shipped digital products (web and/or mobile) where the craft is visible.
- Strong UI/UX fundamentals: interaction, information hierarchy, accessibility, and systems thinking.
- Fluent in the design tools of your choice, and comfortable reading and writing front-end code (HTML/CSS/Tailwind, and React or Flutter).
- AI tools are part of your daily workflow: you design and prototype with them, and you're excited to design for AI products.
- Autonomy: you scope your own work, ask sharp questions, and ship without hand-holding.
- Comfortable working in English; French is a plus, not a requirement.
Nice-to-have
- Motion and micro-interaction design.
- Flutter experience (several of our apps are Flutter).
- Brand, illustration, or design-token systems.
- Experience designing B2B or complex, data-heavy products.
