Who we are

Oloodi Technologies is a Montreal-based digital product studio. We design and ship ambitious platforms for founder-investor clients and we work AI-native: our developers collaborate daily with AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, AI-assisted code reviews, automated workflows). The pace is startup pace: ship fast, learn fast, iterate.

The product

You'll join the team building an on-demand workforce management platform for a North American client: mobile apps, web portal, backend APIs, payments, compliance, smart dispatch. The product is in pilot phase with real users — every product decision has an immediate impact in the field.

Your mission

You are the person in the middle: between the founder's vision, the development team, and what actually ships to production.

  • Turn client vision into product vision — understand fast, structure, document, prioritize.
  • Build and own the backlog — epics, user stories, dev-ready acceptance criteria, directly in GitHub (issues, milestones, projects).
  • Feed the dev team — always 2–3 sprints of clear, prioritized work ahead; zero ambiguity when it's time to code.
  • Be the client focal point — drive discussions with the client, confirm trade-offs, make sure we never drift from the vision.
  • Validate what ships — functional acceptance, release tracking, pilot feedback loop into the backlog, with usage metrics as your prioritization compass.
  • Live in the technical tools — you read PRs, follow dev discussions, navigate a monorepo without panic. You don't write the code, but you speak the language.

Must-have

  • 2–5 years in product ownership, product management, or business analysis in a software development context.
  • Comfortable with GitHub as a daily work tool (issues, labels, milestones, PRs) — not just Jira/Notion.
  • Able to read a technical discussion and extract what matters for the product.
  • Genuine curiosity for AI applied to software development: you want to work alongside AI agents, understand how the team uses them, and use them yourself.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication, French and English (client and documentation in English).
  • Autonomy: you structure your own work, ask the right questions, and don't wait to be told what to do.

Nice-to-have

  • Technical background or technical education.
  • Marketplace, staffing, logistics, or operational B2B product experience.
  • Startup or product-agency experience.
  • AI tools already part of your workflow.

What we offer

  • A central role with real decision-making power over the product — not a proxy-PO ticket-filler position.
  • A truly AI-native environment, rare in Montreal: you'll learn to drive a product in a team where AI is part of the production line.
  • Great offices in downtown Montreal, hybrid mode.
  • A startup setting: fast growth, direct exposure to founders and the client, visible impact every week.
